I made these overhead, how-to videos for Humphrey’s Prime Cut Shoppe in Memphis. I worked with Doug Carpenter & Associates, who have done an award winning job at rebranding this butcher shop that operates in conjunction with Folk’s Folly.

The first video is oriented toward holiday gift giving, and offers Humphrey’s-approved instructions for cooking your steak in the kitchen. I also got to record some original Vince Guaraldi inspired music to go with the spot!
